做哪种审计由你的注册类别决定。只要有一个类别要认证审计，整份申请就做认证审计。按委员会名单算，约 73% 的注册服务商至少有一个要认证审计的类别。

对谁有影响
申请 NDIS 注册、续期、或者要增加注册类别的服务商。
验证审计（verification）针对风险低、不复杂的支持，由认可的审计机构审核书面材料。走这条路的很多服务商本身已经受专业监管，比如在 AHPRA 注册。
认证审计（certification）针对风险高或复杂的支持，分两步：先书面审核，再现场审核，可能包括到你的服务点、访谈员工和参与者。做过认证审计的服务商，注册 18 个月时还要做一次中期审计。
在委员会注册不收费，但审计费要自己付。委员会不定价，只说费用取决于机构规模和服务的参与者人数，建议向不止一家认可的审计机构要报价。
递交申请后，委员会会发一份「初始审计范围」（Initial scope of audit），写明你要做哪种审计。下面这张表是委员会给的对照。
