Privacy, terms and corrections

Who we are

NDIS Circle (ndiscircle.com) is an independent online directory of NDIS registered providers, plus a network for providers. We are not the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We don't deliver or arrange supports, don't handle NDIS funds, don't give advice about which provider to choose, and don't charge or receive referral fees.

Where provider information comes from

Names, ABNs, registration groups, outlet addresses, phone numbers and registration dates come from the NDIS Commission's public provider register (CC BY 4.0 AU) and are refreshed weekly.

Languages, therapies, how services are delivered and whether a provider is taking new clients come either from the provider itself, or from the provider's own public website. We only show a website fact when the exact sentence is on that page, and we show the date we checked it.

When you email a provider through this site

Your name, email address, the role you choose and your message are sent by email to the provider's public email address. Their reply goes straight to your email; we don't see your conversation. We don't keep your message. We keep a record that an enquiry was sent (with your email address and the message in scrambled, one-way form) so we can stop spam.

Please don't put medical details in a message. Only the provider you chose receives it.

Location and shortlists

You can search using a suburb or postcode. If you choose Use my location and grant your browser permission, coordinates are sent to this website to find a nearby suburb; they are not saved in an account or sent to providers. Suggest my city uses the hosting service's approximate city information. Check the suggested area before using it. Map points show registered suburb areas, not precise premises or confirmed service coverage.

Saved shortlists stay in your browser. Sharing creates a link containing the public provider listing identifiers, without your name or contact details. Anyone with that link can view those listings. You can remove providers from your own shortlist; copies of a shared link are not revoked when you do so.

Other information

We count clicks on phone and website buttons for each provider (no personal details). Your language choice is saved in your own browser. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous page statistics.

If you join the provider network or post in the marketplace, the details you submit are shown in the members directory or marketplace, and the NDIS Circle team uses your contact details to make the introductions you ask for. We don't sell personal information.

Corrections and removal

Providers: open your page and use “Email me an edit link” to set the languages your team speaks and whether you're taking new clients — your answers replace anything we read from your website. Register details (name, address, phone, registration) must be changed with the NDIS Commission; we pick up changes in the weekly refresh.

Every enquiry email has a link to stop receiving enquiries through NDIS Circle. To report something wrong, remove a members-directory listing, or ask about your information, email us:

Terms of use

The directory is provided as is. Check registration details with the NDIS Commission and confirm services, availability, languages and costs directly with the provider before you decide. Nothing on this site is medical, legal or financial advice. Listing a provider is not a recommendation.

Don't use the site to send spam, advertising or anything unlawful. We may block senders who do.
