Who this affects

Providers who charge NDIA-managed or plan-managed participants.

The pricing schedules set the maximum prices for supports, by support item, with national, remote and very remote limits. They apply only to NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants: providers can't charge more than the limit, and the NDIA can't pay more.

The government has also consulted on paying unregistered providers differently for social, civic and community participation, capacity-building daily activities and assisted daily living. Consultation closed on 30 September 2026; no outcome had been published on the pages we checked.

What to do

  1. Download the 2026–27 pricing schedule and check every item you bill against it.
  2. Update your price list and service agreements to the new limits.
  3. If you are unregistered and deliver community participation or daily living supports, watch for the differentiated pricing decision.
